Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at 13buy.com, operated by MAKZONE INDUSTRIAL LIMITED. Our products are manufactured in Guangdong, China and shipped worldwide. All of our compression furniture products — sofas, sofa chairs, sofa beds, mattresses and bed frames — are vacuum-compressed and packed into compact boxes to reduce freight volume and shipping cost.

1. Order Processing Time

In-stock items: order processing and packing normally takes 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom / made-to-order items (custom size, color, fabric or packaging): production typically takes 10–20 business days before dispatch. We will confirm the production lead time with you by email or WhatsApp after your order is placed.
Large or mixed wholesale orders: lead time will be advised individually.

2. Shipping Methods and Transit Time

Standard international shipping (retail orders): estimated transit time is 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local customs clearance.
Express courier (DHL / UPS / FedEx and similar): typically 3–7 business days, available on request and subject to surcharge.
Sea / container freight: available for wholesale, project and container-load orders. Transit time varies by destination port and is quoted individually.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs inspection, public holidays, weather, carrier backlogs or other events outside our control are not foreseeable or avoidable by us.

3. Shipping Charges and Duties

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, or quoted individually for wholesale and bulky orders.
Shipping costs may vary depending on product dimensions, weight, destination country and the selected shipping method.
Prices for retail orders are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and, where applicable, taxes and duties for US destinations are handled at checkout.
For destinations outside the United States, any import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also contact us at hello@13buy.com or WhatsApp +86 139 2341 8641 with your order number and we will check the status for you.

5. Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address and contact phone number are correct at checkout. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes in some destinations. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Receiving Your Compressed Furniture

Unbox and unpack your item promptly after delivery.
Allow up to 72 hours for vacuum-compressed foam to fully expand to its final shape. A warmer room will speed up the process.
Please inspect the packaging before signing for delivery. If the box is visibly damaged, note it with the carrier and photograph the damage before opening.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective or does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact us immediately at hello@13buy.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you, or open a carrier claim on your behalf.
